HOW DO I CALCULATE MY ORDER?

We offer a discount off of all MSRP pricing listed for Batson's Rainshadow/Forecast products, U-40 & Flex Coat products, and Gudebrod thread.  Contact us for your discount and we will be happy to calculate your order for you.  Closeout items and monthly specials are not subject to any further discount.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  In order to obtain the best discount, we must have your resale permit/business license on file if you have one.  If you don't have a resale permit - you still qualify for a discount - give us a call!

TERMS

All orders are shipped prepaid (VISA, MasterCard or debit card) or C.O.D.  Any C.O.D. account that refuses a C.O.D. shipment will immediately be changed to pre-pay.

SHIPPING

We ship via U.S. Priority Mail or UPS unless otherwise requested or required.  Due to our carrier's policies, packages under 30 lbs. which includes ONE-PIECE BLANKS OVER 60", will be considered oversize and are subject to the 30-lb rate.  Ground shipping charges on backorders of three pounds or less will be paid by Utmost Enterprises.  We only charge actual shipping charges - there are no extra or hidden handling fees.

DELIVERY

Delivery of stock items is approximately 1 - 7 working days.  Upon receipt of your order, we can usually provide you with an estimated arrival date in one to three working days.  Non-stock items are usually ordered and received by us within 24 hours, subject to availability from our vendors.

SHORTAGES

Claims for shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.  All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be approved by an authorized Utmost employee.  Except for warranty consideration, special order items not listed in the current catalog are not returnable and will not be accepted for return.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Claims on merchandise damaged in transit may be filed directly with the carrier.  This will avoid the delay incurred by refusing the shipment, as you will be able to call us immediately regarding replacement of the damaged items.
